Pricing Information

Foam Core Scenery Package
$450 for the first 16ft wide section (8ft tall) and a charge of $35 for each additional 4 ft. Local Delivery Included

Individual cutouts
$50 per panel regardless of height.

Delivery
We provide a van or truck and staff. They will unload the boxes, set the scene up, wait until the end of your event and remove. We realize that you need the scenery set up first and earlier that anything else. Therefore we will arrive 2 hours before the event starts, allow for a 4-hour event and then remove. If longer times are needed, see overtime charges.

Delivery of Wood Scenery and Other Props
Charges are based on the total amount of the rental items. Delivery includes: round trip transportation, set-up and removal within 50 miles of Whippany, NJ. For New York City, add $150. Outside of this delivery area, call for pricing.

Lighting
We can light the panels with 150-watt par cans to highlight the scene. The charge is $75 for the first 16ft and $50 for each additional 16ft.

Stands
A basic installation is to lean the lightweight scenery against an outside wall. If the scenery needs to be freestanding, we can install stands behind them, the charge is $10 per panel. For cut outs, the charge is $15 each.
* If there is a tent, the sidewalls must be in place.

Moving
If a scene needs to be moved AFTER the agreed upon location the charge will be $5 per panel. *Scenery can only be moved by our staff.

Overtime
20% per hour, based on the total of all charges.

Responsibility
The renter is responsible for the safety of all props and decor. A repair and/or replacement charge will incur for any and all damages.
